Our team is our most valuable asset. With over 100 years of combined experience, we work tirelessly to make sure every project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. We're dedicated to ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality, with the aim of achieving zero defects at completion.

Eric, our Director, has been in the building industry since he graduated from Massey University, with more than 13 years in residential developments, and subdivisions. He specialised in development planning, and strategic investments.

With many years of experience in terrace housing and residential developments, our construction manager Ivan’s practical experience in managing the building team constantly smoothing the building process and making sure the results are outstanding.

Aaron, our site manager, is a second generation property builder, his family has been involved in Auckland's building industry since the 90s, with dozens of successful projects completed in past few decades, he is a very experienced home builder.
